" How's Tiara ? " the voice cracked through the phone.
" She is fine mom , just fed her after her nap. " Gladcie replied.
" Call me if you need anything Gladcie . Don't keep away from us. Your dad just transferred some money to your account this morning . Use it for the needs. Do what all you should you need not worry about anything. come back soon dear, don't forget that. We miss you. " Her mother kept talking " Love you honey. "
" Yes mom I will. " she said back.
" Have you got settled in ? "
" No . Have to do a little more arrangements and stuffs . Since it's been only a week , I have moved in . I will be fine mom ." she assured to her mother.
She was talking half heartedly. She doesn't even seem to know what to speak to her . So she answered to the point of things she is asked. Soon the conversation went silent for a minute, both out of words.
" Gladcie look, we know that you're too upset about things and wanna have a little change in your life. Be that cheerful daughter of mine. Being upset and quite doesn't much suits you at all. Move on honey as fast as you can. We want you back. " but Gladcie didn't say much back to her mother. " Hmmm" That was all she could say.
" Are you sure that you wanna look after Tiara ? May be we can " but Gladcie cut through before her mother could complete the sentence and spoke angrily " How can you say that ? She is my everything now. Will you just stop talking to me this way "
" So what about us ? What happened to ' My family is my everything ' saying ? " her mother got totally upset on what Gladcie has said .
" Yes mom, It's still the same. Just understand that " she tried to calm her mother regretting on what she had said earlier . " I am perfectly able to look after Tiara mom. Trust me. I am very happy the way I am."
" Okay" her mother replied.
" Okay mom I will call you back later " Gladcie lied to put the phone down uncomfortable with the conversation . " There is someone on the door "
" Okay honey , take care. " her mother said and hung upthrust phone .
As Gladcie hung up the phone , she was totally in dismay and close to tears putting up the fake boldness to not to shed tears .
" It's all never gonna be the same " she exhaled walking over to Tiara.
" I should find a job . boredom is consuming me too much " she murmured. Looking at the racks in the kitchen and Tiara's room she thought ' And I probably should go for shopping, buy kitchen items , some clothes, and things for Tiara and decorate her room and get some fresh air. '
" C'Mon Tiara lets do some shopping today " she took Tiara in her arms and walked over to her bedroom for changing .
